Behind every great idea is a pilot, a pivot, and a lesson learned.
The Innovation Lab & Pilot Showcase is a live, immersive experience where associations share the pilots behind their most innovative ideas. Through fast-paced presentations, you’ll hear how associations identified a challenge, designed and tested a solution, measures results, and refined their approach along the way. These aren’t polished case studies—they’re real stories of experimentation, adaptation, and impact.
Between live pilot presentations, Fail Fest storytellers will candidly share initiatives that didn’t go as planned and the lessons they learned through failure. Together, these stories create an honest conversation about innovation, resilience, and continuous improvement.
Throughout the showcase, attendees will engage with presenters, ask questions, and gather practical ideas they can adapt within their own organizations.
At the conclusion of the showcase, judges will select the Innovation Lab winner, who will receive an Innovation Scale-Up Grant to support the next phase of their pilot and be recognized on stage at the 2026 Great Ideas Conference.
Stay tuned for the announcement of this year’s featured pilot organizations!
